Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FolioXRay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FolioXRay is a portfolio analytics platform that:

• Parses your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) PDF to extract fund and valuation data
• Computes stock-level overlap between mutual funds using publicly disclosed monthly portfolio data
• Provides factual breakdowns including sector allocation, SIP stock exposure, and fund comparisons
• Generates an analysis report summarising portfolio concentration and overlap

3. No SEBI Registration

FolioXRay is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, or Portfolio Manager. We do not provide personalised investment advice. The analysis, summaries, and data shown are informational and descriptive in nature.

If any output appears to suggest a course of action, it is a factual observation about portfolio composition — not a recommendation. Users must independently evaluate all information before acting on it.

4. Data Source & Accuracy

Holdings data is sourced from publicly available SEBI-mandated monthly portfolio disclosures by Asset Management Companies (AMCs). This data:

• Is updated monthly (typically with a 30–45 day lag from the current date)
• May not reflect the fund's current holdings at the exact moment of your query
• Is the same data used by platforms such as Groww, ET Money, and Tickertape

FolioXRay makes no warranty that the data is accurate, complete, or current. Always verify holdings on the relevant AMC's official website.

5. Payments & Refunds

The full overlap report costs ₹99 (one-time payment). Payments are processed by Razorpay.

• Once a report is generated and delivered, the payment is non-refundable
• If a technical error prevents report delivery after payment, contact us within 7 days for a full refund

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Upload only your own CAS PDF or one you are authorised to process
• Not use this service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the underlying fund holdings database
• Not resell or redistribute any output from this service

7. Intellectual Property

The FolioXRay platform, its code, design, and branding are the property of the developer. The mutual fund portfolio data is publicly disclosed by AMCs under SEBI regulations and is not proprietary to FolioXRay.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FolioXRay and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

• Financial decisions made based on information from this platform
• Inaccuracy or staleness of holdings data
• Service downtime or technical errors

The maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific report (₹99).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
